I start everything with a research to learn and understand.
I run Fieldworks, Surveys, competitive analysis, Market Research, User interviews...
ANALYSIS
Then, I frame the problem: to define it I synthesize and analyze the data.
I draw Persona, Mental Model, User Journey Map, Need analysis...
I generate ideas and visualize concepts to design the interaction.
I design Sketch, Storyboard, Use Case, User flow, AI, Wireframes...
Finally, I prototype and test the MPV. And always refine it and iterate.

I developed a special skill in dealing with the unknown, as in the last 4 years I worked in environments where I didn't speak the language and I had to learn the culture from scratch (Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore).
